I think this may be death of Francis HAYNES born circa 1843 (brother of Amy Ann) - this is to be verified. This record was found in Freebmd.
Died aged 47 in Q Oct,Nov,Dec 1890 and registered at St Thomas 5b 56. The region of St Thomas is in Devon and includes the area that Francis was living in the 1881 census. He was living with his sister in law (widow of his brother George Arnold HAYNES) and her 4 children. The three youngest children were all born in New York so the family must have lived out there for a time. Do not know if George died in New York.
